Abstract With the introduction of the latest version of the videoconferencing standards, which goal is to equalize usability of videoconferencing systems with the functionality of the usual telephone, fast growth in the industry was initiated. User is able to establish best possible connection in the shortest possible time, without knowing anything about processes in the system background. Fast growth of the network infrastructure was also an important issue in this fact. It's hard to find one area in which videoconferencing is not used today - economy, medicine or education, just to mention some of them. Implementation of the videoconferencing system is not cheap, especially if teleconferencing room is required. But with full perspective of possibilities that room videoconferencing system offers, price-performance ratio is very favorable. |
