Abstract Department of Information Science has been grounded in 1981 as a Department of Library science and Socio-Humanistic Informatics. It tried to incorporate new knowledge and skills tied to the development of Information technologies into teaching, that had started to develop rapidly in the late 70's and early 80's. Every year 150 students enter various programs of the Department. |
