Abstract Eureka is pan-European network for market-oriented, industrial R&D (Research and Development) projects. Eureka supports the competitiveness of European companies, R&D centres, and universities through international collaboration, in creating links and networks of innovation. Croatia is Eureka member since 2000, but the affirmation and national co-financing is still not satisfying. Eurolearn is a Eureka topic network for practical and financial assistance to the birth of innovative e-learning solutions and projects. It has emerged from a great effort of Europe to use the advantages of e-learning in education, life-long education, science and knowledge development in general. The aim is: transforming Europe into a world leading knowledge driven society. |
