It is our wish to use these pages to publish the basic technical information, explanations, instructions, recommendations and suggestions which could help all those who are facing a problem of selecting hardware or software support for the use of IT in education.

To those who are impatient and want 'quick' answers we recommend to go straight to the Recommendations page, where they will be able to find the summaries and descriptions of concrete computer configurations and practical advice related to purchase or upgrading of equipment. We invite those who want to know some more or cannot find what they are interested in among the summarized recommendations to take a virtual walk through the other pages which describe each of the categories in more detail.

Area covered by these web pages changes daily. We will try to keep up with all the news and renew the information on our web pages accordingly. We do, however, ask you to pay attention to the date the last changes were made which you can find at the bottom of every page. The information on the pages will be in tune with those dates.
