Abstract Internet enables the distant learning concept to be deployed, adding new qualities and values to educational processes and services. One of the promising organizational forms of such a concept implementation is a virtual university model. Virtual universities should be sponsored by businesses, which is the way for them to ensure input of qualitative professionals and good human resources management, and, in addition, disburden the state budget. The virtual university model is compatible to the growing need for life-long education. |
