1. selecting a special interest network
2. application with the national CEEPUS office
3. granting and acceptance of awards by the host country, followed by a letter confirming
   exchange, issued by the CEEPUS office
4. preparation for a stay in the country of destination (insurance, visa etc.)
5. departure for the country of destination, educational stay
6. a report should be submitted within two months after return, to be sent to the national CEEPUS office
