In order to enhance academic mobility, each member country offers an exchange quota expressed in "months", or monthly grants. The minimum quota is 100 months. Each CEEPUS country covers the expenses of its exchange quota (INCOMING mobility), which provides costs of stay for a CEEPUS grantee plus a determined monthly allowance.

Scholarship Application Forms, verified by the coordinator/partner, should be sent to the central CEEPUS office, which relays them to other CEEPUS offices, depending on the candidate's destination country. Additionally, national offices are responsible for notifying the candidate about the scholarship granted.

• undergraduates and graduates - 600 kn monthly - costs of stay and basic medical insurance
• teachers - 3,200 kn monthly - costs of stay
