CEEPUS projects can be applied exclusively by universities, since this programme is focused on student and teacher academic exchange in Central and Eastern Europe.

CEEPUS members are: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Croatia.
