Application procedure

Projects should be submitted via application forms available exclusively at the web site of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport: http://www.mzos.hr/default.asp?ru=568&gl=200406010000004&sid=&jezik=1

Project evaluation

The quality of submitted projects is assessed by the Regional technological committee via its evaluation groups, that is, independent evaluators, scientists and economists. A project can be implemented within the institution that submitted it, provided a positive and independent review has been granted.

DEVELOPMENT OF KNOWLEDGE-BASED ENTERPRISES (RAZUM)

A pre-application is designed by the applicants themselves. In this process, free-of-charge services can be obtained from technological centres supported by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport.

Application encompasses project analysis through two independent operation plans or investment studies the applicant is actively involved in. Financing is provided on the basis of sufficient compatibility of the independent analyses' findings.
