Programme's goal: establishing innovation technological system aimed at mobilising scientific research potentials and resources in Croatia, in order to establish and introduce advanced technologies and value-added products, which will furtherly result in business success, e.g. economic growth and development, thus initiating various methods and instruments of financial and institutional support of fast technological development, currently not constituting a part of standard banking and scientific systems.
