1. A project can be proposed and applied by any legal or physical entity in Croatia. In case that the project applicant does not hold the status of a researcher or scientist, that is, a science and research legal entity, the main researcher within the project must hold the status of a researcher or scientist.
2. Projects can be applied by any physical entities holding the status of researchers or scientists, that is, entities qualified for science and research work as well as science and research legal entities able to provide an adequate infrastructure for conducting science and research tasks.
