Project eligibility:

- for a project to be eligible, it must:
   - belong to one of LRPR programme's priorities
   - comply with EC's financing in the amount between EUR 70,000 and EUR 150,000 (with the exception of approved CADSES projects)
   - provide 20% of the project's funds
   - be proposed by an applicant residing in one of the eligible counties
   - include at least one foreign associate

Costs eligibility:

- costs must be sufficient for project's implementation and must arise during implementation
- costs must be entered in financial accounts

Ineligible costs include debts and settlements for losses and debts, interests incurred by debts, items financed from other sources, losses incurred by exchange rate fluctuation, and taxes including VAT.
