Participants from member countries should conduct a survey regarding the most suitable application procedure with the administrator of the NATO country the intend to visit. In any case, the member country must establish contact with the potential institution prior to applying for a grant.

Participants from NATO countries should conduct a survey and apply with the national administrator of that country they are citizens of, regardless of their current residence.
