This type of TEMPUS projects is aimed at establishing new undergraduate and postgraduate curricula, as well as enhancing the present ones. Furthermore, it is aimed at developing and providing teaching materials, introducing new teaching methodology and facilitating teacher training.

The priorities include:

• developing undergraduate and postgraduate studies (content, structure and methodology)
• priority areas: economics, business administration, law, public administration, humanities, European studies and European languages, teacher training, medicine, science and technology
