The project is fully funded in accordance with the application:

• Up to 500,000 EUR for three-year projects and up to 300,000 EUR for two-year projects
• Financing from the support programmes for specific regions - approved by the European Parliament and Council
• Funding according to specific regions' priorities
• CARDS priorities:
• Stability Pact and Graz Process - including the European Commission's strategy aimed at enhancing the level of regional cooperation between regional countries
• Bologna Process
• University administration, management and finances reform
• Cooperation between partners from various countries

Monies are allotted to the contractor, coming from an EU country, whereas the users thereof are primarily from non-EU countries.

The following categories are being financed:

• Staff costs - up to 30 %
• Equipment costs - up to 30%
• Mobility costs (travel and stay costs) 
• Printing and publishing costs 
• Overheads - up to 7%
• Other costs

Important!

- EC finances up to 95% of the project value
- 5% of the project is being financed by partners - Croatian part is financed by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport
