Applications can be submitted by physical persons from any EU country, or any country eligible for a JEP project.
Experts who submit project proposals must be competent regarding programme goals in one or several countries eligible for a TEMPUS project.
Applicants must meet the following requirements: a) university degree b) experience in higher education, in one or several of the following fields:
- cooperation with international organisations
- curriculum development
- best practice dissemination
- equal opportunities for men and women in higher education
- higher education policies and systems in developing and transitional economies;
Applicants may specify other fields of relevant experience such as:
c) skills necessary to perform financial and budget analyses of applications d) satisfactory expertise in PC usage for on-line assessment of applications, if necessary e) excellent communication skills in at least one of the following languages: English, German or French
For an application to be submitted, a cooperation with at least two partners from EU member countries is required; this means that for a Tempus project application at least three partners from different countries (two of which from EU and one from Croatia) are required.
