The project is fully funded in accordance with the application:
Monies are allotted to the contractor, coming from an EU country, whereas the users thereof are primarily from non-EU countries.
For Joint European Projects:
- Up to 500,000 EUR for three-year projects and up to 300,000 EUR for two-year projects
- Funding from the support programmes for specific regions - approved by the European Parliament and Council
- Funding according to specific regions' priorities
- CARDS priorities:
- Stability Pact and Graz Process - including the European Commission's strategy aimed at enhancing the level of regional cooperation between regional countries
- Bologna Process
- University administration, management and finances reform
- Cooperation between partners from various countries
- Monies are allotted to the contractor, coming from an EU country, whereas the users thereof are primarily from non-EU countries.
The following categories are being financed:
- Staff costs - up to 30 %
- Indicative brutto salaries for Croatia:
- academic 800-2250 Euro
- administrative 700 - 1050 Euro
- Equipment costs - up to 30%
- Mobility costs (travel and stay costs)
- Printing and publishing costs
- Overheads - up to 7%
- Other costs
For Structural and Complementary Projects:
Project resources cover staff expenses, equipment expenses (for structural measures only), printing and publishing, dissemination and travelling expenses.
- Structural measures - up to 150,000 EUR
- Complementary measures - up to 100,000 EUR
Important: for JEP and SCM!
- EC finances up to 95% of the project value - 5% of the project is being financed by partners - Croatian part is financed by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sport
For Individual Mobility Grant:
- This kind of grant is open to all physical persons originating from one of the countries eligible for Tempus projects application.
- This grant covers the costs of visiting experts and lecturers at foreign universities (1 to 8 weeks).
