I wish to apply a joint Eurolearn project with a partner from Slovenia. Is another partner from EU necessary as well?

To apply a Eurolearn project (Eureka), it is necessary to establish a  cooperation between two partners from different Eureka countries. Click HERE to check the list of Eureka countries. In this specific case, both Croatia and Slovenia belong to Eureka countries, which means that one partner from each country is sufficient to apply a project.
