ICUII is a program for different types of communication between people who are anywhere in the world and are connected to the Internet. Users log in to ICUII server and select chat rooms which they wish to communicate with. Chat rooms can be both public and private (requiring a password to enter). You can use chat, have audio and video conferences, take and send photographs with instant messages etc. You can have a multi-person videoconference. The number of people you can successfully communicate with depends on the data transfer speed.
