Microsoft Chat is a chat program. A server has to be selected (from a list) where you choose a room in which you wish to communicate. You can define parameters (private, moderated, maximum number of users etc) and create your own room. During the discussion you can open private conversation (whispering) with a specific person in the same room. You can send files to a selected room visitor.
